New York: E.P. Dutton, 1925. First. Boards with 1/4 leather. Red pebbled boards with raised bands, gilt lettering on spine with gilt on raised bands and gold rule on front and back. Separation at head to spine and front cover, appears to have been glued. Wear to extremities, spotting to top page edges. Hinges and been repaired on inside. Minimal foxing, pencil writing on rear flyleaf giving dates of important milestones. 705 pp. Very good. Item #1569
