Cloth. 7 1/2 x 5 inches (19 x 12.5 cm), tan embossed cloth, gilt lettering on spine, some fading to gilt, wear to corners and head and tail of spine, some age toning to cloth, foxing to first few front and rear pages, minor foxing throughout, pages are wavy. Front endpaper has: 1. A sticker, printed with "Granville Y.M.C.A. no. (109 written in ink) this book must not be taken out of this room. 2. Decorative bookplate paste down with the name Roy Swank 1944 written in ink. This book could have been owned by Roy Swank (1909- 2008), an academic neurologist who developed the Swank diet as a treatment option for multiple sclerosis.
