Upper leaf with a single vertical crease, some tide-marking to the final few leaves and rear wrap, but overall fresh and sound, and apparently unread (see below). Pamphlet containing a statement of principles, the W.C.T.U. catechism, list of officers, departments, etc. It would seem that this copy may not have accomplished its purpose, it having clearly not been read, as evidenced by its page-bolts remaining unopened!
